    I am not sure that I really understand what all this means; but for a company with just under 100m shares it appears to be a rather nice earner - IF it actually converts into real cash. Is it just financial paper shuffling? Does the company have only $19,000 cash left in its coffers?

    However I like the look of its activities and bought some SCXCA and keep my fingers crossed that management has some credence.
