Thoughts? Interesting, convertible to shares 10 days after the announcement of the funding package at 95% VWAP.
5% discount isn't too bad for conversion, not sure how this ranks up historically.. guess this sort of hints at an incentive to bed down funding for the shares to convert.
I guess financing isn't too far off, the issue is more what proportion is debt vs equity %?
$2m should answer all immediate funding questions hovering around though re: admin and exploration outgoings and a need for a CR.
