There is also another possibility based around vanmag. The Impondo website clearly says they:

a) have a 10% indirect share in the sale of vanmag and
b) Impondo is responsible for production, sales and the day to day management of vanmag.

Why can't CCC just explain the ownership structure of vanmag and why Impondo continues to claim it has a share of the sale and that vanmag is operational?

Not only that how can Impondo claim to have a share of the sale? Is that share based on:

a) a facilitation fee (meaning Impondo gets a cut of any sale) or
b) an indirect ownership stake of vanmag?
