You may of course be right but why invest in these emerging companies full stop if your specific criteria are not met. I am sure that you have companies in your portfolio that I would consider less than attractive. ERG has been a pain in the ass for many traders but who created the problems - the traders themselves???
This company is not the same one as that of three years ago. Recent restructuring and efforts to reduce costs have created a different animal. The change in leadership is a testament to the fact that ERG is now to be driven in a different way than before. This makes it very difficult to draw parallels between the old and the new.
