Yes. When Ventracor didn't get enough money in a SPP they were suspended from trading, then receivership and all those who had shares lost all. My advise is to sell all shares after the record date ( 9th June existing shareholders and 18 June new shareholders) buy the same in the SPP if you are a small holder. If the $2mil isn't reached you can get your SPP money back. Interestingly Ventracor did a ring up when they thought the targeted amount would not be reached. I should have sold all then and not crossed my fingers. Wiser now.
