Channel Seven , is their main function reporting the strict truth or is it selling advertising by maintaining ratings?
Really commercial television in this country seeks to tell people what they want to hear so they don't turn off.
Could you imagine them saying asylum seekers cost us very little and there really isn't very many of them.
That wouldn't be good for the ratings when over on the today show their saying they are flooding in , costing billions and threatening are very way of life and existence. Now thats a ratings winner.
