Interpreting "multi" as "2" is the least possible whole number you could assign to the word mutli (multiple) and hence the most coservative value.. i would "estimate" a number between 2-5 to be a typical spread for this usage in many announcements so 3-4 is certainly feasible and 2 would be a conservative "potential" number if we are serious in our language analytics
