    The news re the 2nd airport will cause flutters in the SP

    SYD has the right of first refusal to build and ooperate the new airport.

    The construction is relatively straightforward compared to a toll road or desal plant

    I expect SYD and MQG to put together a consortium to establish the airport and so in the long run a further growth path for SYD
