It simply appears to be lack of confidence in the stock.

I think PRR is holding quite well at these levels in a market where nothing is as it seems!
Yes news will probably be required to get it moving again...but there is some great news in the pipeline for the remainder of 2011, not to mention MR's stash of rabbits ready for plucking.
As robhood says...the fundamentals have only improved!
Maybe some of you should re-evaluate the type of stocks you invest in or trade?
