Might be another "capitulation test" of the 0.14c low before patience is finally exhausted and nervous hands sell out to the strong (or opportunistic).
Then the decks will be cleared for a much better 2012.
I am hanging onto my PRR and have an "opportunistic" buy order in at 0.14c and some more at a touch above.
