Perhaps has been working though already and we have seen many make the transition to the broader society already its just the time to say well their is an element that wont make this transition and now it drags those who have into a debate we should be having in what those who have been able make that transition did !
And for me it would not be crime as a foremost thought process or crimes that may have been commuted in the past of which current society has no bearing on.
Its certainly does not seem anything can happen until you can get crime down by the individuals themselves .
Somewhere a lift in moral responsibility to the people they represent needs be drawn in the sand that no longer is a way of life acceptable to the majority that no longer want be drawn backwards into it ?
Anyway it raises the debate level and it also raises the memories as well for all concerned.
People are not going forget or forgive crimes committed against them as individuals perhaps .
As a group either .
And its is the group thinking perhaps that is the problem !
It needs leaders that are not about protest but about reducing crime rates and let the weaker elements who choose this path to wither on the vine and not be examples to others to follow.
Thats my piece and thoughts is reduce crime and the good deeds will be acceptable and come forward from society for more action to be taken .
While we continue with a path of crime its going be very hard for the transition to take place whatever the future brings for all races and creeds .
Countries can come together on this after wars where horrific crimes are done to each other .
But they wont if the crimes keep happening for all people who reside in the countries .
Its does not take a highly educated person to realise criminal activities are not acceptable for all races .
Tackle the crime and the individual will be able flourish imo
