There is no doubt that this will settle out of court. Just a matter of how much. As soon as IMF and now Slater and Gordon get a whiff of some funds they will accept, take their 30% and move onto the next case.

I saw this first hand during the opes saga. All the time they stated they had Anz and ML on toast but as soon as they were offered $8 million as part of the overall settlement they advised clients that they should accept!!!
