From the Maurice Blackburn web site regarding the Oz Minerals Class Action-

Under the heading of "Claim Exclusions"

"Further the Oz Minerals Class Action is not an action against Directors or Officers, Auditors, Accountants , Stockbrokers, Financial Planners or any other party who may have been involved in the subject matter of the claim." ends.

The "Auditors" part of that section has been changed as i think because the auditors signed of on the accounts that they are now to be included in the action.

I can't see why people are concerned about the affect the class action will have on the share price because when it was announced we didn't see a huge drop in the share price. These contingencies are generally covered by insurance and i also don't believe the amount of a settlement will be astronomical.

As the auditors are now to be included in the claim the burden will now be shared.
