Just because the "toothless tiger" ASIC has decided to take no action at this time does not mean anything.ASIC have been belted in numerous court cases of late and have probably decided to let Maurice Blackburn do the donkey work to get an outcome.

I do agree with your statement that this will be settled at the mediation stage as a prolonged court case only makes scumbag lawyers richer.
