I don't think this means anything is about to happen. If they *knew* something was about to happen, they'd tip in a lot more than that.

1,000,000 shares at $0.031 is only $31,000 - not big commitment for someone being paid $120,000 just from Neptune alone, and who knows what else from his other directorships.

I'd say it more about making a statement of support than expecting to make a killing.

A statement of support is still better than no statement of support, and maybe there is more to come, but at this stage I'm interpreting it as spin.
