2nd hydrocarbon shows in uganda

    Hi Everyone

    Can anyone shed any glimmer of light on the first well that was drilled in Uganda. A report said that hydrocarbons were found in 2 zones, they tested the first shallower zone but what happened to the 2nd zone. I thought tht this announcment got lost so not to influence the election. Does anyone know anymore on this subject
