.I would think they're in no hurry to sign away any of their assets ..as IMO metals/minerals are about to start a huge boom cycle
Across the globe, $US97 trillion is needed to meet the globe’s infrastructure needs by 2040 & you can double or even triple that amount by the time 2040 come around
