    to be fair, in most cases, at least vmc hasn't just followed the herd and bought into tenements that "were hot" at that very moment trying for a quick pump. what they hold they have accumulated over time , its just that they havent done sweet fa with any of them ....

    certainly there is multi bag potential here anyway.
