The whole model falls apart if you can’t sell for the increased price.
hey I have a Coking coal mine with 200m tons of coal - company worth 70m... that less than a dollar a ton. When Coking coal is $150 usd a ton. Seems mis priced right
well the market is what the market is.
what happened to swish and the other one next to it? Did it sell for $3000 an acre like what was been thrown around 2 years ago??
