not really, looking at a close price and ignoring volume VWAP, sides of bid sell is pretty ignorant way to judge a price. of course if you are in a mark to market or liquidity squeeze situation it's sucks.
but then again not real hard to buy a few lolly bags worth to push up 10pct+.
