    Well, I received my 2nd notice of General Meeting today, both with "Reasons for voting for Resolution 2 - Removal of John Heugh as a director."

    When will we hear from JH or his legal advisors, for his explanation to give us reason to vote for or against these allegations ??

    Even if the meeting is postponed or changed, this will probably be still one of the Resolutions to vote on.
