I am also concerned that neither letter details the conditions and aspects of the Freestone turnout, especially the financial conditions, implications should they get their way. The blatent appearent 'grab for cash' from the outset is worrying to say the least. If it wasnt for some posters diligent searching for for further info, shareholders would have been none the wiser and even now I suggest there would be a majority of SH who dont frequent this board do not realise the seriousness or implications of the situation our company is in.
