    I agree that an either or Motion at the meeting seems absolutely invalid or illegal
    I have not seen that ever before in say 100+ election processes.
    What the hell is going on.
    What is the Secretary of the Company doing. I would believe he is responsible and could be held in contempt (both legally and ...personaly by SH) and prosecuted accordingly
