I hope the article has been of some help huabamane in giving an overall perspective on IgM's (apologies re scientific jargon though).

You might even pick up that Patrys gets a "gong" in the article relating to their work on PAT SM6 (pg 942, last paragraph column 1 - refs 55, 57 and 58).

Its a shame however that the authours had not done their homework in regard to their conclusion where they state "....optimizing production (i.e., of monoclonal IgM's) at an industrial scale are all likely to technically challenging and time consuming".

Whilst technically challenging and time consuming, this "reported obstacle" has indeed been overcome by Patrys with PAT SM6.
