that was old news, if anyone had read the annoucments he retired purely because a conflict of interest because of king island sheelitea as being a director of them too- asx KIS - they are a another tungsten miner( or soon to be) so he made the desision to retire, a good time to stock up till they find a suitable replacement which was told there looking for the right man for the job......
