I also agree that it is a story that the income just wasnt billed or paid. The amounts are quite large, so the 2nd month of the drop in revenue occurred despite having the benefit of the additional expected income. Very hard to believe. If they are not billing out and dont have sufficient competent people to be negotiating with clients who are up for renewal then they have a pretty severe staffing problem - ie inexperienced people. This is why they need to have someone appointed who can simply "manage a business" and why the share price and figures will improve dramatically pretty quickly.
