Your logic seems sound to me Apache. Interesting developments across the road which must make WOW a more attractive proposition, esp. medium to long term.
I think Harvey Norman might only be steering in a southerly direction for a while, but I can see Woolies might be a bit choppy in the next month with a clear northerly overall direction.
