Afterpay always benefitted from First Mover Advantage in the BNPL Sector but they have to continue growing to justify their share price.
Zip and the like are hot on their heels to innovate and take market share.
I would not buy APT at the moment as the share price is unrealistic in the current market. They need to keep growing but the market is too red ocean whereas before it was blue ocean.
I expect there will be takeovers of some of the smaller players in due course once the market settles and flattens but I doubt ZIP will
take over by any other player.
