2nd Strike will NOT remove directors at AGM, page-2

The group is fully aware of the process and have it in hand.

You are a strange man with an odd agenda.

Directors cannot be removed without FIRST getting another strike or a separate EGM.

Without the second strike then it is a completely different method.

So, if your want them GONE give them the second strike, then the process as outlined in the corps act will be followed to remove them.

The second Strike will let them know what shareholders think of them, as well as giving us the opportunity for a spill motion.

If that fails they can expect notice for EGM, if failed another one different topic, different director, and so it will go on.
