    Well that depends on a number of things but I would not be waiting for a regulator.

    Do you believe this statement is correct?
    "The group is fully aware of the process and have it in hand."

    Because clearly this statement is not correct "Directors cannot be removed without FIRST getting another strike or a separate EGM."
