Thanks for the info. I'm a greater western Sydney resident so the 2nd airport is a really interesting and well overdue project. And for once it seems like the government is prepared to put at least some of the supporting infrastructure in place in advance.
In relation to buying into SYD, I'm a UniSuper member so my understanding is we're already heavily invested in it. Buying more outside of super would effectively be doubling up but I might take up a small block anyway for my own interest.
