    Maybe these prix are using the arrival of the new CEO as a trigger for revising the offer to save face. I agree with a previous post of the offer being revised to all cash at a bit above $3 to create an impression of a premium over the original bid.

    I have a feeling all the sell order between $2.5 and $3 are WNI and friends.
