Well, it's now 2 continuous years in a trading suspension.
In total ATA have spent almost 3 years in this situation.
The current CR has an interim stop order put in place by ASIC.
I remember the last attempt at a CR fell over, even though it was in
an 'advanced stage'.
Days away from an AGM & they can't get a CR organised properly.
Back in Dec '15 ATA/HAZ sold Big Hill & Mt Mulgine to TGN for
$1mil cash & 5mil of shares.
Unsurprisingly, both the cash & (sadly) the shares went before TGN's
SP took off.
Our management have been too busy bogged down in dispute, & not
focused on producing FeW according to their 60/40 partnership.
Sorry guys , no more money from me.
