If they can increase 2P Reserves to say 100MMboe that would reduce the current market valuation of 1 Boe to $13.68 which is more in line with historical averages for the stock.
So the market is currently factoring into the share price either an increase in 2P reserves of 33% or an increase in the oil price of about 70% or a combination of the two.
Glad I keep you amused. If they can increase 2P Reserves to say...
