There is another rough measure of fair value which I worked out studying the BPT SP over time. It is POO X3 divided by two. When POO is 48, SP should be 72. In this measure BPT has been undervalued for quite a while and now around fair value. If Big Al sold at 74, it was a reasonable move by my formula but, as I said, I think 74 will come back and it could go higher. I might be caught out but you have to back your judgement
