There are two reasons why ELK is priced at 10.5 cents imo. They are Rigg & Strasser and their repeated willingness to issue equity at all time low prices. I would argue that the sp in no way reflects the value / economic viability of the projects. SDS alone has to value us above 10.5 cents. It really has been a nightmare trying to value this company with these two ===== making decisions. I will vote against them whenever given the opportunity.
