This is true. Bills will be harder to pass through the lower house and add that to the minority in the upper house, it makes the ability to pass legislation harder than ever before. This is not a completely bad thing however it also has the potential to radically hamstring the government when trying to plan for the future and move quickly with changes in global circumstances.

I prefer a majority government, and think we'll see another poll sooner than later.
