Why do you need to be so aggressive, obnoxious, and rude? I did do some research prior to asking this question. I just did not find the release. Get off your pompous arrogant pedestal, and give people a chance to a) be imperfect and b) learn.
To your point I take the press release from Beach to be for an indicated resource - not a measured resource. I infer that because of their explicit statement that they require an independent party to confirm the measurement.
