actually,,,,,,I don't hold options,,,,,only fully paids,,,,,,,,read my posts from a month or so ago,,,,,,,however, providing what ruperts clan has been spreading is correct,,,,,,the deal appears reasonable,,,,,,,,option holders are appeased,,,,the company is given cash IF it performs,,,,,,,,,and dilution is hardly an argument as dilution would have occurred regardless as the company would have to raise funds down the track anyway,,,,,,,now all are appeased except rupert.

As for his selling,,,,,,we have had family reasons,,,,,we have now had chart reasons,,,,,,and we have reasons for buying other stock,,,,,,,the reasons always change depending on motives.
