I for one am both an option and heads holder.

Mate we all know there is a risk in the options and it was our choice to buy them.

What we are however saying is that we cannot be expected to make a caculated decision to excersise them with the following info still pending:

. TFG clarification on the proposed new oil law. I know you had an update
about this yesterday but still no announcement by the Puntland PM in regards
to the specific Range COntract.

2. Still no drilling time table.

3. No advise of who Consort are or if shares have been issued, if they have
where is the updated top 40.

4. Still no firm time table with the listing on the AIM. Your announcement
yesterday stated ' shortly '. I see the AIM listing as a clincher for me to
either exercise my options or not, so will it happen before expiry next
week?

5. Still no Seismetic data that was supposed to be announce in early 07.

6. Road shows in the UK, have they started? Who attended them? Whay have they not placed info on the web site.

7. Sir Sam was issued his shares as announced yesterday, where is the
updated tope 40?

8. There's been mention by the company of an underwriter for the options??
