dilution is inevitable,,,,,the company will need money at some stage regardless,,,,,,anyone who bought fully paids bought so understanding that there possibly may have been an underwriter of the options,,,,,,,if that had happened there would have been an attached 2010 option triggering further later dilution,,,,,,,the olive branch would bring dilution at a later stage,,,,,,,,underwriting would have brought immediate dilution
