Drongo both exclude NON CASH ITEMS.
Your inital question if you recall was how much of the profit was from what you called over property valuations...
One assumes you think from that question either NPAT or Operating Profit includes property valuations. It doesn't.
BTW I am no newbie to GMG or shares. I held GMG before they even joined with Macquarie when all they had were a few Goodman family properties in Redfern. Goodman Hardie was the name if you do your research.
Maybe you should post your figures on why it won't be $1.30 or don't you have any?
