Hendrous...have been looking into the Reedeemable Convertible Preference Share issue ann (8/12/08)....a nice "light read" if you are looking to fill a few moments of downtime. The way I read it, the Conversion price of approx 7.20 will adjust down in the event of a special dividend being issued. The size of the adjustment is greater the lower the 20-day VWAP prior to the Spec Div is & the bigger the spec div. Could this be motivation for the sustained selloff?? are you privvy to the mechanics of the RCPS issue?? Comments from anyone in the know would be appreciated...
