Under the scenario i was outlining... if the recent high-volumee selling was designed to bring about an artifically low VWAP (eg ~ $3 or below if buyback not in place) "in expectation" of a special dividend being announced; AND no special dividend was announced, then further selling would be counterproductive (given the known attributes of AJL)AND the $7.20 conversion price would remain to the detriment of RCPS holders; the extent of dilution for ordinary shareholders would be minimised AND one could expect the AJL to roar back from current supressed levels....
