    The last BTA's crossed the $3 mark was in 97, 2000 and 2001.
    Corresponding peaks were about $9, $7 and $6.50 throughout 1999 and 2000.
    Not sure why there was a massive drop from then till the lows. But if conditions are similar, could we see a revisit to the peaks?
