I think you may be correct here. The Company had a USA & Asia Investor Presentation on the 3rd April. In this presentation in view of the MoC announcement 17 March, I noted they intend to increase their cross border e-commerce platforms pilot zones from 10 to 15.
They also state MoC changes will help maintain stability of CBEC.
