    Well, 1 thing for sure...
    We'll easily surpass AVZ based on our size and closeness to customers.

    Not to mention the low CAPEX/OPEX with cheap power.
    That's PMT's ACE card and will reflect in the PFS's NPV...
    I'd also bet the IRR will blow everyone away.
