to jeff ......never get emotional with any stocks , just focus on the fundamentals and future prospects,just because they hit 3 bucks , doesnt mean there cheap or expensive , its what the market sees in this stock not now but in the future , this stock is very very bullish , it has only 3% of the market share , were will it be when not if ,it has over 15% share , how easy is it to do a capital raising with a higher share price , think how many centres it can buy with 100million bucks , with the share price around the 3 bucks level, capital rasing gets easier and easier.. ,use your imagination.......

trust me i know i had shares in abc long time ago , got out with a nice profit,

this one is no different , except more conservative in the way they buy centres , and debt levels are very manageable...

believe me when i tell you i know what im talking about , this one is a no brainer, and dividens every quarter ,very nice.........

yes i have shares in this got in after the price has doubled , but its all about going forward now ...

this is a type of stock that will always show a 50 to 100% difference in its 52 week share price , as long the management dont stuff up! and keep buying centres , which they have hinted will by constant mentioning they only have a 3% market share............
