this video (or at least the first half of it should be compulsory viewing for everyone who invests long term in PNV.. It answers so many questions that people ask here. A few bits and pieces I picked up as I watched DW talk: It's unbelievable... It's like a gift... It makes money... But the margins are huge...It's a no brainer for most surgeons.. This is easily the best and most important post on this forum this year at least and possibly for a much longer period.. Bravo...!!
