Sorry resolute, but from what I have seen, Regal will short it down again using algo trading, it has happened too many times to be a coincidence, they are using AVH in some way to counterbalance this, they play one against the other.
Anyone with a live feed, i.e Comsec etc, can see it happening live, one will sell the other buys, not always in the same order but they are definitely connected, even Regal themselves said they would do this!
PS, please don't get me wrong here, all I am saying is that at the moment we cannot stop shorting, but this connection between AVH and PNV will stop when people see that one is winning and the other losing!
